Each O2 device can provide up to approximately 450 inhalations based on gentle,
approximately two-second draws. Actual usage will vary depending on the length
and frequency of each inhalation.

O2 is designed for short, gentle inhalations and intermittent enjoyment.
Longer, stronger, or frequent continuous draws can use the contents more
quickly and reduce the total number of inhalations. The first few inhalations
may also produce lighter mist.
💡 Is Your O2 Light Flashing?
Cigtrus O2 includes a built-in safety protection feature. If the device is
used too frequently or continuously, the light may begin flashing and the
device may temporarily stop producing mist.
This does not necessarily mean your O2 is finished.
The safety feature may have temporarily placed the device into a rest mode.
Allow O2 to rest for approximately 1–2 hours. The device
should reset automatically. Once reset, continue using O2 with gentle,
approximately two-second inhalations and allow time between draws.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
