I've ordered these twice now. One lasts me 4-5 days, so the 3 pack can get me through 2 weeks. When you "inhale" you have to breathe in, not suck like you would on a cigarette to get the flavor. These have helped me significantly. Also, if you want the flavors to last, put the caps back on both ends after you use them. Would 100% recommend. I keep one on my nightstand and another in my bag.

I think it's unique. I don't smoke. I just put this on the corner of my lips like a toothpick and drive. It feels good and my mouth is filled with the taste of mint. I love it and I think it's a creative product.

The flavor is fine. Lasts long and is easy to carry around. I smoked for a long time and it's nice to have something to reduce the cravings that still pop up every so often.

these get some hate from people, but honestly i love them! super effective way to get to oral fixation & feel of vaping.
i think the mint ones feel more like a vape when you inhale, but i would love to try the fruit ones!

I truly believe it is helping, I bought the peppermint it relaxes your muscles to me and it helps me sleep at night I like this product we'll buy more.

I am attempting to quit, again. These have the drag of a cigarette which has been great. The flavor is there but not overpowering. The size is similar to a full flavor regular cigarette. It is small enough to fit in your pack of cigarettes so you can grab it instead of a real cig. Very convenient. I catch myself going to flick off the ashes when using it. Also it last a long time if you refill it yourself. Remove the two main pieces and add a couple drops of food grade peppermint extract and there you go. Awesome value for the money when you learn how to refill it yourself. Definitely recommend. As far as quitting, that's a work in progress, but this is helping.

I wanted to write this review because I know the reviews aren’t great, but these genuinely really helped my quitting journey. I was someone who only vaped menthol/mint stuff, and the blue ones really provide a similar throat feeling. I used these with patches & nicotine gum, and it made it so much more doable. Seriously, even if these are pricey, they’re still significantly cheaper than vapes. The taste & size are good too. It’s not a vape, so don’t expect a vape, but it’s the best bang for your buck as far as replacements go.

If your ready to quit these are the best things ever. They do not feel like a vape, it will not replace the taste of a vape but if you are quitting they are the best option. I quit almost a month ago after a 6 year addiction. These are amazing. They help me not miss or crave it.

These work well and seem to be long-lasting. If you are a menthol smoker, the icy mint one definitely mimics the feeling of menthol hitting the back of your throat and feels like you are actually inhaling more than air. There is no noticeable scent. These lessened my craving immensely while I was somewhere I usually smoke a whole pack. It’s also small and discreet. Great if you are trying to quit or on a plane ride etc.

Ok, I am not a smoker and got this for a friend who wanted to quit. I was given one to have because I do vape. This thing is so awesome. Here are some pros: 1. Taste good and refreshing peppermint flavor, 2. No smoke or vape 3. Small and convenient

So far have had no issues with it and it gives the satisfaction of vaping. I've noticed the flavor wears pretty quickly though. Kind of sucks because they are spendy for the few days of use, but I do like it. Def recommend.

These cigarette substitutes are pretty good. I like the peppermint. I'm less fond of the lemon. There a great way to satisfy the habit of sucking on something. I vape much less now with these stick. They are very small and a little pricey. I find that each stick lasts about a week before the flavor starts to fade. Definitely helps to kick a bad habit.

I've been surprised that i was happy with these & found them helpful. The length of the cartridge is just right, peopermint flavor is perfect (!), & they last for a couple of weeks. Costing about $6 a piece is not too bad for this value. I gave one of my 3 to a friend, also.

Helps when ur in no smoking area/building

I love the shape and feel in my hand, very much like a cigarette. That is making a great impact on my quitting process. The menthol flavor is good. One has lasted a few weeks for me. A very good value, especially compared to other product to help me quit.

I had a lot of issues with shipping but that’s not their fault. The product is amazing, it tastes pretty good. If you’re addicted to menthol more than you are nicotine, this product will no doubt get you to quit. The people complaining about “the flavor not lasting” doesn’t put the lid on it when they’re done.

Great substitute for smoking it helped me out a lot when I stop smoking I have not smoked in 8 months every time I grave a cigarette I use this and they work wonders for me

I loved this. helped me quit the habbit of having a cig in my mouth. very easy to use, just pull the sticker. very light weight and portable. Smell mint!

My mom was a smoker for over 50yrs. I never thought I'd see the day. She is smoke free after these. They gave her the "pull" she needed and the menthol like feel.

They work well, but just another pacifier. You have to train your mind if you really want to quit.

Good if you were smoking a menthol or mint flavored vape. Gives a nice minty cold feeling in the mouth and throat without the chemicals. Great for the oral fixation. Get these if you’re quitting.

Flavor lasted about two weeks on each, was definitely instrumental in me being able to stop vaping!

My son says " I'm not addicted to nicotine anymore, now I'm addicted to peppermint. " I'm just glad it is working so well. It's been a little over a month since he has smoked or vapped.

There’s a plastic piece that slides out the bottom that, once removed, will allow the aroma vape to work as designed. I’m guessing some of these reviewers didn’t remove it.
